  • Certificates: Where applicable, diamonds will be shipped with their respective grading certificates (e.g., GIA, IGI).
3. Orders and Payments

  • Full payment must be verified before any custom sizing, engraving, or shipping takes place.

  • Returns: We offer a 14-day return policy for standard items in unworn, original condition with all security tags and certificates intact.
  • Custom Orders: Custom-made, altered, or engraved jewelry pieces are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
